Dhun Madon - Director

After a successful career in the finance and insurance industry, Dhun established Farron Research in 1998 for a change of pace and had no idea it would grow to be a competitive Qualitative Recruitment Company. Dedication and determination has proven her success and she is now responsible for over 10 employees with the business still growing. Dhun now primarily manages all aspects of the organization and administration of the business. An AMSRS member, Dhun is a highly certified recruitment specialist.

Farrah Madon - Client Service Manager

Farrah joined Farron Research after a number of years in retail and customer service. Her Bachelor degree in Media Communications with a focus on client services assisted her transition into the market research industry. Farrah has now been in the industry for over 7 years and is an AMSRS member and a member of the Qualitative Recruiters Group. She takes a thorough and personalised approach to each project to ensure outstanding results are delivered every time .

Jodi Woods - Recruitment Coordinator

Jodi joined the team in September 2006 and has made a consistent contribution to the development and growth of the business. With her career background in Human Resources in FMCG, she has been able to use her organizational and people management skills to become our Listing Recruitment specialist. Adaptable and results orientated, Jodi is a well rounded qualitative recruitment professional.

Meeta Ramesh - Recruitment Coordinator

Meeta joined Farron Research in 2006 and brings with her a wealth of experience from her time at Millward Brown and AMR Interactive. An IQCA accredited Telephone Interviewer and Qualitative Recruiter, she also holds a Post Graduate degree in Food and Nutrition as well as other certificates in business and computer applications. Meeta has an exceptional knowledge of the database and is an expert at handling more complicated projects.
